  The apparel seemed nice enough, and I was especially interested in the handbags until I mentioned wanting to discretely step to the side to see if my holstered CCW would fit inside one of the pockets. (See, I didn't want the staff to think I was trying to steal or smuggle something in the corner... So I was being polite by asking.) They offered to escort me to my personal vehicle so I could handle it away from their store. I couldn't believe I was at a Texas western wear store, where open carry is legal. Not worth the hassle. I left without buying the purse, jewelry, or blouses I liked. Unfortunate.
